After this weekend, getting back to strict adherence is priority one: 224.6 pounds. [yes, I realize that this is a pound and a half down from last Monday, and yes, I know the downside to losing too much too quick... but jeez, I was at high 222 on Saturday...]
So we begin again with the Wheaties breakfast (5).

bite/lick/taste (1); 100 cal. Reese's snack (2)... then later: Pam-fried zucchini (0), bean sprouts (0), tofu (2), plus some lite salami (1) and light yogurt (2)... mid-day total: 8 points... looking good toward dinner (13 points, about 14 points left for the day)...

dinner rocked: grilled pork chops (4; I had part of Kyle's), grilled potatoes (5), and green beans (0)... dinner total: 9... daily total: 23... perfect (leaving a couple of points to play with after I bring Kyle back from water polo practice... if I so choose)
