This is the longest I've stayed on track in a while. Before I forget...Mom and I are going to the meeting Sat morning, want to join?
So, yesterday finished off good with a healthy homemade dinner and just a couple of lite snacks. I ended the day @ 20pts. I still want to up my water more, but yesterday was better. I also met my fruit and veggie goal! It is getting easier. I need to find some exercise today though...couldn't drag myself out of bed early enough to go for a walk.
