OK, Lisa and the boys are off to school, and while yesterday was well-managed, point-wise, I fear being alone in the condo may make for more grazing. (it's already started: I ate the leftover toast that was left on the table after the big "first day of school" breakfast this morning)... I've got to combat that with more water (like I did yesterday: at least three--possibly four--large 32 oz weight watchers mugs).
Anyway... the usual Wheaties breakfast (5), plus bite/lick/taste off Jack's plate (1), and some of that super-fiber wheat toast (1; and I think I getting the results of that... IF you know what I mean). Breakfast total: 7

bite/lick/taste (1), then lunch: zucchini (0), bean sprouts (0), lite turkey (2), and some sunflower seeds (1)... three point lunch... that works

candy snack (1) and light popcorn (1) for afternoon snack... then dinner: two chicken drumsticks (4 total), plus a sautee of last night's leftover potatoes and zucchini and squash (2), and a yogurt for dessert (2)... for a daily total of 20... (so far) [on the way to pick up Kyle from practice, I succumbed to temptation: a beef stick (4)]
