Finished off last night with some 0 point popcorn while watching TV (late eating, I know, is bad... but I've got ween myself off it... plus, this has got to be better than meat and cheese and my usual rum/simple syrup/lime concoction).
This morning began with my usual Wheaties breakfast (5). I plan to go for a ride later this morning... and the plan is for bbq salmon and rice and veggies tonight (so that should be good).
This morning the scale said 224.4... that looks good...
[as for Saturday's meeting... what time? Kyle and I are heading down to Los Alamitos for the Men's Junior World Water Polo Championships... yeah, there'll be light food there...]

Went for a bike ride: 55 min... 9 activity points. Took a shower (after, without clothes, 222.8... apples and oranges), then had lunch: stir-fry with Pam--zucchini (0), bean sprouts (0), and tofu (2). I added some lite salami (1) and a slice of cheese (2), plus a piece of candy (1) for dessert. Six point lunch...

A few pieces of candy for afternoon snack (3). A big dinner: rice (6), salmon (4), asparagus (0), broccoli salad (2), and bread (2) for a dinner total of 14. Daily total: 27... just about perfect (given the activity points)
