Morning ride: (9 activity points)... Dad met me at the bike shop and we had lunch... sushi... yeah, baby, low points: I had four pieces of tuna, four shrimp, and two salmon... for a lunch time total of ONLY 5 points... oh yeah

Reese's snack pack (2)... but now my stomach's grumbling... starving... can't wait to pick up Lisa and start dinner...

Dinner: one sandwich on a bun (3), with lite turkey (2) and cheese (2); then another with the super-fiber (1), less turkey (1), and cheese (2); and a handful of fritos (1): 12 points for dinner... 24 points for the day (with 9 activity points... those will be hard to come by for the next few days... the bike's in the shop)
