Wednesday

Wheaties (5) (hoping to retrieve my bike today and resume rides)...
Midmorning: lite salami (1)
Lunch: some leftover chicken (4), salami (1), cheese (2), blt (1)... followed by a bike ride
Dinner: pork chop (3), potatoes (2), asparagus (0), bread/honey (4); dessert--candy (3)

Daily total: 26 with 8 activity points... looks pretty good... I'll check the weight in the morning, but I have a good feeling...

[OK, I caved to temptation and had a rum drink... tack on another 3 or 4 points]
