It was a bad weekend!

I didn't drink too much, but I can't count how many brownies I had. After all this I am just maintaining, which is better than nothing. I'm still seeing results in my clothes, so something is working. Yesterday was better, but breakfast was high; toast w/ butter(too hard w/o), an egg and 2 chicken breakfast sausage-8pts.
lunch-sandwich-3, salad-1, iced soy latte-4
Dinner-stuffed chicken breast-5, brown rice-2, and corn-1
after dinner-100cal cookies-2, glass of soy milk-1
even later-fruit-1, 100cal snack pack-2
and even later-1 light beer-2
total=32, give or take
I did walk 30 min too, but it's still too high.
Tonight(Tue) I will make stir fry, and I'll snack less.
