OK, so it's two weeks since I journaled... and two and a half since I weighed myself. Both bad: 223 again. Feel like I've just blown the better part of two months: I'm only 3 pounds less than when we started this on August 20.
Oh, well.
Let us begin again (could this help the sleep apnea the doc thinks I have???):
